| One of the greatest economic and social miracles over the past thirty years has been the transformation of Asian economies into economic giants. In the 21st century, two economies- China and India will dominate much of the region and the world. |

| While prosperity has been significant in the Asia region, there remains critical political issues and problems. The defiance of Taiwan to recognize the historic policy of One-China, the continued separation of Korea, the isolation of Burma, the continued poverty through much of Asia and massive destruction of resources. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| An economic and moral framework | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| For all the diversity of Asia, the Asia-Union will bring together an economic and moral framework that will ensure the continued and significant improvement in the standards of living for all citizens of Asian nations. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The Asia-Union will be a permanent member of the reformed United Nations and its reformed supreme body- the Supreme Council. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Furthermore, the Asia-Union will see the introduction of major economic reforms that will improve trade and reduce corruption such as a single currency and common security measures. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
