The Africans Union is proposed to be one of the six great Unions of states of humanity. Africa is the cradle of humanity and many hundreds of years ago was dominated by great tribal kingdoms of culture and knowledge.
| |
However successive invasions by European colonists and subsequent political agreements between foreign nations have resulted in Africa being a patchwork quilt of nations and borders bearing little resemblance to either the geography or cultural history of Africa. |
| |
The disremembering of historic power and the distortion of economic assistance has resulted in corruption and mismanagement of resources becoming a plague that has ravaged Africa. The result of that plague is the destruction of critical wetlands and perpetual drought, of never ending bloodshed, of rampant theft of resources and the politics of self interest. |

Uniting the soul of Africa |
| |
It is one thing to unite Africa and it is an entirely greater thing to bring this unity into focus with a clear plan for the massive improvement of living standards for all Africans while respecting the sovereign rights of each nation. To this end, the Africans-Union is formed to not only represent Africa as one, but to be part of a much larger plan to unite all of humanity. |
| |
Key plans and benefits of Africans-Union |
| |
Firstly, it is proposed that the Africans-Union will be granted a permanent membership not only to the reformed United Nations (U.N.) but the reformed supreme body of the United Nations, the Supreme Council. As a permanent member of the Supreme Council, it means the interests and needs of all Africans shall be represented now and forever, without fear or favour. |
| |
Secondly, with the reform of the United Nations (U.N.) it is proposed that an International Treasury shall be formed. Part of the short term goals of the Treasury is to provide transparent financial assistance and transaction management for nations and the Unions. Within ten years, it is propose that Africa shall have its own single currency- effectively eliminating a major component of the corruption of trade and economies. This single currency will help stabilize the economies of all African nations. |
| |
Thirdly, with the reform of the United Nations (U.N.) it is proposed that an International Guard shall be formed with the express mission to assist in the training of effective law enforcement. This Guard will then be divided into key responsibilities with the African Guard given the task of assisting national governments in improving law and order and the elimination of militias and localized corruption. |
| |
Fourthly, it is proposed through the reformation of the United Nations that the skewed ban on the production of natural drug crops will be ended, enabling Africa to produce its own pain killers and help end the illegal trafficking of narcotics and the associated financial corruption it entails. Millions of Africans will have their pain eased by this one act of human compassion and common sense. |
