| While great care and thought has been invested in the design of all proposed reforms to the United Nations and member states, the effect of these proposals can only come into life through the appropriate approved resolutions of the United Nations General Assembly and parliaments of member states. |

| To assist in the outline of a step by step approach to the implementation of the reforms and future life concepts outlined by the UCADIAN model, an agenda of proposed resolutions by five year intervals is listed below. | ||
| Each resolution relates to one part of the ongoing agenda of social, economic and spiritual reform of the planet Earth and the fulfilment of the primary goals of the United Nations. | ||
