CHAPTER XX THE INTERNATIONAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF AGENCIES

COMPOSITION

Article 142

The International Board of Directors of Agencies shall be a board of individuals selected by the Secretary-General and ratified by the Supreme Council to head the permanent statutory authorities and uphold the laws regarding the critical systems of the United Nations and the human family. The tenure of a Director shall be at the sole discretion of the Supreme Council upon the recommendation of the Secretary-General.

In order to fulfill its primary objectives, the International Board of Directors of Agencies shall comprise of Directors of the following permanent organs and any such other organs deemed necessary by amendment to this Charter:

Justice Systems
Disarmament & Peace Systems
Dispute Resolution
Knowledge
Health
Education
International Treasury
Science & technology
Global Defence Systems
United Space Agency
International Guard
Strategy & planning
Disaster Relief
Environment
Industry & employment
Community living
Trade Improvement & efficiency

FUNCTIONS and POWERS

Article 143

An International Director shall be vested with the sole authority of the good management of the international systems and agencies related to their portfolio. Given such responsibility, the office of an International Director is considered a great honor for any individual and as such the office shall always be treated with the greatest respect.

Article 144

All International Directors shall be a direct appointment by employment contract of the Secretary-General upon approval of Supreme Council for whatever term the Secretary-General deems is appropriate.
